1. Who processes your data

Sergei Taratorin (the "Operator") processes personal data collected through https://auto-sale.org and the project's Telegram bot.

2. What we collect

• Telegram profile data: user ID, name, username, interface language;
• the content of your conversation with the bot;
• payment details: amount, status and payment method (card, wallet and Stars details are handled by Telegram and @CryptoBot — the Operator does not receive them);
• technical visit data: UTM tags, referral source and web analytics data.

3. Why

• to answer questions and advise on products;
• to take payments and provide access to materials;
• to send informational messages about the course in the bot;
• to measure advertising effectiveness and improve the service.

4. Artificial intelligence

Replies in the Telegram bot are generated by an AI assistant built on the Claude model (Anthropic). Conversation text is sent to the Anthropic API to generate replies. The Operator reads the conversations and may reply personally.

5. Sharing

Data is shared only with services required to run the project: Telegram (including Telegram Stars payments), @CryptoBot (payments), Anthropic (AI replies) and the hosting provider. Data is never sold or shared for third-party advertising.

6. Retention and deletion

Data is kept as long as needed for the purposes above. To delete your data or stop messages, write about it in the bot or block the bot — after blocking, the bot stops sending messages.
