1. Who we are

These terms govern the purchase of the "AI Sales Bot" course and related services offered by Sergei Taratorin (the "Seller") through the website https://auto-sale.org/en/ and the Seller's Telegram bot.

2. What you buy

Depending on the plan: access to the course materials in a private Telegram channel and members chat, consulting services, or the development of a Telegram bot. The contents of each plan are described on the website and in the bot at the time of purchase.

3. Payment

Prices are shown in US dollars. Payment is made with Telegram Stars at the rate shown in the invoice, or in cryptocurrency via the @CryptoBot service. A purchase is complete once the payment is confirmed.

4. Access

Access to the course channel and chat is delivered automatically by the bot right after payment and is provided for the lifetime of the course. "Done for you" work is carried out under a scope agreed with the customer in writing.

5. Refunds

To request a refund, write to the Seller in the Telegram bot. Refunds are reviewed individually and in accordance with applicable consumer protection law. Telegram Stars are refunded to your Telegram balance; crypto refunds are sent back via @CryptoBot. Access to the private channel and chat ends after a refund.

6. Use of materials

The course materials are for your personal use. Do not share, resell or publish them.

7. AI assistant

Conversations in the bot are handled by an AI assistant acting on behalf of the Seller. The Seller reads the chats and may reply personally. AI answers may contain mistakes; terms and prices shown on the website and in invoices take precedence.

8. No guarantees of income

The Seller does not guarantee any specific financial result: it depends on your product, traffic and actions.

9. Liability

The Seller is not responsible for the operation of third-party services (Telegram, @CryptoBot, Anthropic, hosting providers).
